What You’ll Be Doing
- Guide end-to-end delivery of technical, regulatory and operating model projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery plans; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, compliance, and business partners to align technical and regulatory goals.
- Design and implement future-ready operating models that optimize people, processes, data, technology, and governance.
- Act as a technical partner to help teams resolve complex challenges and unblock delivery.
- Establish governance frameworks and provide clear, actionable reporting to partners at all levels.
- Champion Agile practices, DevOps principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills
- Experience leading regulatory, operating model, and technical projects in dynamic environments.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., financial services, data privacy).
- Background in technical project or program management, typically gained over several years.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
- Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and data integration projects.
- Excellent partner engagement and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in operating model and organizational design.
- Ability to solve technical challenges (architecture, logs, code-level issues).
- Understanding of DevOps and automation standards.
