What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide end-to-end delivery of technical, regulatory and operating model projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery plans; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, compliance, and business partners to align technical and regulatory goals.
• Design and implement future-ready operating models that optimize people, processes, data, technology, and governance.
• Act as a technical partner to help teams resolve complex challenges and unblock delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide clear, actionable reporting to partners at all levels.
• Champion Agile practices, DevOps principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills

• Experience leading regulatory, operating model, and technical projects in dynamic environments.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., financial services, data privacy).
• Background in technical project or program management, typically gained over several years.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
• Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and data integration projects.
• Excellent partner engagement and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in operating model and organizational design.
• Ability to solve technical challenges (architecture, logs, code-level issues).
• Understanding of DevOps and automation standards.

Soft Skills

• Ability to build trust, champion transparency, and create an inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued.
