Join our IT Engineering team as a SAP Consultant Supply Chain and shape the digital transformation of Miele’s global supply chain!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and continuous optimization of cross-functional, company-wide IT processes within the Miele Supply Chain Planning, focusing on SAP APO and successor planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP).
- Take ownership of complex projects (SAP APO Replacement, S/4 HANA) and sub-projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, gathering and analyzing requirements to develop scalable, future-proof IT solutions.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance in SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, gATP), including third-level support across all Miele entities.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation in supply chain planning
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP APO with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and external systems.
Profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO (DP, SNP, gATP) and/or SAP IBP or other Supply Chain Planning Systems.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and system integration.
- Proven track record in leading IT projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, confident approach.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus
