The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others.

The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions. We are responsible for both the development of the low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in the ServiceNow platform, with over 3 years of focus primarily on integrations and the CSM module of ServiceNow
  • Knowledgeable about IT operations and infrastructure management, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments
  • Experienced in developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Scripted APIs, and ServiceNow IntegrationHub
  • Familiar with TM Forum (TMF) API considerations & KAFKA architecture (nice to have)
  • An analytical problem solver with proven skills in quickly identifying and fixing integration problems
  • Experienced in Integration Tools (Orchestration, IntegrationHub, ETL)

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design, implement, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications (e.g., external IT systems, databases, cloud services) using integration methods such as REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, and JDBC
  • Collaborate with the system architect and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements, translating them into scalable and reliable technical solutions
  • Write, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts (e.g., JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer logic) to support the integration needs of the organization
  • Manage data transformation processes between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring the integrity of data during transfers and creating necessary data mappings and configurations
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow administrators, process owners, ITSM and CSM teams, and other technical teams to align the integration solutions with overall organizational strategies and processes
