We are looking for a Solution Analyst with strong Business Analysis skills to lead the Dataflow squad within the IFRS17 program.
This role combines product management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven solutions that support IFRS 17 compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of insurance or reinsurance data flows.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for the Dataflow squad
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with IFRS17 and L&H accounting requirements
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions
- Ensure traceability and documentation of data flows and business logic
Requirements
- Certified Product Owner (e.g., CSPO, PSPO)
- Strong Business Analysis background in insurance or reinsurance
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with IFRS17 programs or financial reporting systems
- Familiarity with L&H accounting processes and data structures
- Ability to work across technical and business domains
