Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Owner for M365 to join our global team. In this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Copilot M365 as a managed service, ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the Copilot M365 service strategy, governance framework, and operational model.
  • Drive evergreen change management, including communication plans, training, and adoption programs.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
  • Monitor service performance, usage trends, and user satisfaction; implement improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for stakeholders and escalation management.

 

    Qualifications:

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI-driven productivity tools.
    • Proven experience in service ownership or IT service management for enterprise platforms.
    • Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
    • Familiarity with client & server operating systems and network fundamentals.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize collaboration platforms.
    • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365.
    • Experience managing external service providers.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Strong coordination and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining timely and cost-effective solutions.
    • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Highly motivated to work in a challenging, global, multicultural team.
    • Eager to learn new tools and technologies.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
