Job description

You will manage all Microsoft workplace related services for a dedicated customer. These services include M365, Intune, Mobile Device Management, Voice, File Services, Print Services, Terminal Services, LAN and WLAN. You will not administer these services yourself, but it helps to know what they do and how they work. You will coordinate changes, drive small rollouts and run improvement initiatives. You will keep strong communication with all stakeholders.

About the Client and the Project
The customer uses a full set of workplace services. You oversee the delivery and make sure everything runs as in the contractual agreement. You work closely with a virtual team of system administrators, the customer success team and account management. Most communication happens in German.

What we look for: 

Required Skills:

  • You communicate clearly with the customer ( IT Managers, Solution Architects )
  • You have experience with working on incident, change and service request processes.
  • You have hands on experience with service related contracts.You feel comfortable going through contractual agreements with different parties (within and outside the organization)
  • You coordinate people in a project context.
  • You build good relationships with all involved teams.
  • You understand the Microsoft workplace services  
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office tools like Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • German language skills are a must

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Working with financial reporting.
  • Experience with PowerBI
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools
  • ITIL knowledge

A Day in This Role:

  • You coordinate changes for services like M365, Intune, MDM, Voice, File, Print or Terminal Services
  • You communicate with internal teams, vendors and the customer
  • You lead or support small rollouts and improvements
  • You check monthly SLA and performance reports
  • You propose quick process optimisations
  • You keep track of service related financials
