Your Impact
As an ESM Cloud R&D Engineer at OpenText, you'll contribute to the development of our cutting-edge Enterprise Service Management platform. You’ll help design and build secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud-native applications using AWS technologies. Beyond development, your work will directly support our SaaS customers by translating complex requirements into innovative, real-world solutions that improve service delivery across enterprises.

What You Need to Succeed
We’re open to hiring both junior and senior engineers—what matters most is your curiosity, adaptability, and passion for building in the cloud.
- Core Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of software development or cloud engineering experience (or strong potential if junior)
- Hands-on familiarity with AWS service
- Programming proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, or GitHub Actions
- Understanding of performance, cost, and security in a cloud environment
- Bonus Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Clear, confident communication—especially when working with clients or cross-functional teams
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to continuous learning
