YOUR IMPACT
As part of our ITOM unit, you will contribute to developing OpenText software products such as our ESM software. We have a hybrid work model which requires you to work 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in our office in Cluj. However, you have flexibility in managing your 40 hours work week yourself.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in the development process end-to-end, from the requirements analysis to the development, testing & maintenance
Collaborating closely with product owners, system architects and QA engineers
Investigating and resolving complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks and production incidents
Sharing knowledge on coding, code reviewing, testing and debugging practices
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
University degree in an IT-related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in agile software development based on Java
Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate
Experience in automated software testing
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
Beneficial would be experience in public cloud (AWS or Azure or GCP) and DevOps technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)
