he Supply Planner II role at Honeywell in Bucharest is part of the Integrated Supply Chain organization, focusing on supply and material planning with a hybrid work model. The position supports customer-facing functions by ensuring stock availability, managing open orders, and aligning with internal teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. This role involves operational activities as part of the Order-To-Cash process, including stock strategy execution and status updates.
| Responsibilities: |
- Collaborate with the Sr Inventory Analyst to maintain appropriate inventory levels in distribution centers and in-transit
- Support the IOS process through vendor actions or reconfiguration activities
- Manage regional PEFP process and ABC categorization to align stock levels with customer expectations
- Oversee OTTR/OTTP KPIs for the region and drive actions to improve metrics
- Act as an interface between Order Management, Demand, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, and Sales to meet customer expectations
- Perform regular open purchase orders management activities to address issues such as past due, blocked, or incomplete orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English; other European languages are a plus
- Experience in Supply Chain and Supply Planning , Deman Planning, Logistics or Order Management
- Proficiency with CRM/SAP systems and understanding of CRM/ERP business processes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think differently about data
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships in a virtual, matrixed environment
