About the Role:
Talent Operations is the function, team members, and processes responsible for enabling the overall talent organization to work more effectively, to execute locally and at scale, and to create new value by incorporating more modern practices, deploying more innovative technologies and delivering more consistent outcomes.
The Talent Operations Coordinator helps to provide support for multiple functional areas across CrowdStrike’s Talent organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an all hands on deck environment, can wear multiple hats, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about finding ways to support our candidates and employees. The ideal candidate would be someone who can learn quickly, is very detail-oriented, loves finding solutions to problems, and holds confidentiality in high regard. This role is a six-month fixed term contract with potential to convert to full-time (however, not guaranteed).
What You’ll Do:
Process a high volume of offer requests for EMEA using Workday ATS and act as a subject expert/point of contact for both recruiters and candidates throughout the offer process
Coordinate and manage EMEA candidate interview scheduling and ensure all candidates have a positive interview experience at CrowdStrike by being their main contact throughout their process and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication throughout the candidate’s life cycle from initial contact to start date
Assist in management and optimization of recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, new hire document collection and employee referrals
Create and update candidate profile within Workday and ensure a high standard of data integrity and confidential record keeping
Assist with job creation and advertisement processes
Build relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations and more
Provide timely resolution for first-level (Tier 1) inquiries, through our Talent Operations ticketing system, from key stakeholders and colleagues through problem identification and resolution in accordance with organization policies and procedures
Serves as the subject matter expert for Talent processes and procedures guiding candidates, new-hires, and talent partners on the appropriate actions required for submittal
May assist with other projects as assigned
What You’ll Need:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field coupled with 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources
Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvement
Familiarity in Talent Operations with modern best-of-breed tools (Workday, DocuSign, etc.)
Self-starter with initiative, positive attitude, and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
Experience working across the EMEA region
Experience as first line of contact for candidates or customer service related role
Superb attention to detail required as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
Ability to work cross functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment
Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads
