We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Functional-Technical Analyst/Customizer with a strong background in Sales processes. You will play a key role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Oracle CPQ solution to support our agile digital product teams. Your expertise will help bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of our digital platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience customizing and developing solutions in Oracle CPQ
- Proven Domain Knowledge and experience in digitalizing business processes within CPQ domain area, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ configuration (BMQL, BML, Commerce Processes, Document Engine, Integration XSL, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience with system integrations (Oracle ERP, Salesforce, SAP, AWS, etc.) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in product-centric teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Nice to have:
- Experience with additional configurators tools/CPQ/CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce CPQ, SAP Variant Configuration,..)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Oracle CPQ
- Certification in Oracle CPQ or related Oracle Cloud technologies
- Contribute to the customization and configuration of Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to meet evolving business requirements in Sales domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers) to translate business needs into technical solutions within Oracle CPQ
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle CPQ and other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Salesforce, SAP, AWS)
- Develop and maintain custom rules, workflows, commerce processes, and document generation templates within Oracle CPQ
- Contribute on the key application lifecycle milestones (requirements gathering, functional/technical analysis, development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support)
- Ensure high quality and reliability of customizations through rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle CPQ, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners as needed
