What tasks await you
- Technical responsibility for the entire Workplace Service portfolio
- Responsibility for monitoring Microsoft developments and innovations, evaluating them and implementing them in service changes in close cooperation with the departments involved and the customers
- Conception and introduction of new Workplace Services, especially in the context of cloud-operated clients, including the creation and implementation of proof of concepts
- Further development and optimization of products and operational processes of existing workplace services with regard to scope of services, operational reliability, automation and costs
- Handling of RFPs from existing or potential new customers
- Technical collaboration in projects
- New Product Development based on emerging technologies
- Standardization of current and new offerings
Who we are looking for
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in systems integration/application development or a degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in the operation and design of workplace services
- Extensive knowledge of workplace services, especially Microsoft O365 or M365 services including the management of cloud-operated clients (M365 Suite; Azure Fundamentals; Intune Fundamentals)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office and other standard software products
- Cross-technology thinking and acting
- Business fluent German and good English skills
