We were happy to be present again this year at the Undelucram.ro conference.
2nd place in the Banking category in the Top 100 Best Employers — and what makes this result truly special is our vibe: the culture we build every day, the way we support one another, and how we take on challenges together by being Brave, Passionate, and Caring.
This award is about tbi people — your involvement, your bold ideas spoken out loud, and the incredible energy we channel together in the same direction. And we truly do it very well.
And the surprise of the evening? In the overall Top 100 ranking, we are in 40th place.
It is proof that our work is seen and felt. We are on the right track — and there is still a lot of potential ahead of us.
Thank you for the energy, ideas, involvement, and for the feedback you shared. We are growing — stronger, bolder, together.
