You will instruct and provide guidance to operating staff in production scheduling. Moreover, you will recommend adjustments to product batches or R&M processes in order to maintain quality standards.As an ARMO Assist Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Understanding of all processes, procedures and safety risks associated with the plant processing areasAssessing and reporting results of production runsInforming the R&M Supervisor of process problems or delays and recommends solutionsMonitoring repair statistics to ensure accuracyTraining members of the department as a role model in areas of safety, housekeeping and commitmentFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent with proven experience in R&MHave knowledge of products and understanding of QC analysis to recommend adjustmentsBe able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory roleHave knowledge of SAP and required transactions performed in manufacturing databaseHave the ability to operate all plant equipmentBe a team player and display good communication skills, with fluency in EnglishLean background is preferred but not mandatoryIf required, be available to work on shift, be on-call, travel in and outside RomaniaWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
