For one of our clients, a French company producer of small home appliances, with famous brands such as Moulinex, Tefal, Rowenta, Krups, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales & Logistics Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Receive the orders issued by the customers.
• Process the orders in SAP.
• Manage the contact with the supply chain, follow the correct preparation of the deliveries.
• Follow with the adequate delivery flow.
• Print and send the original invoices to the customers. Issuance of credit notes.
• Opening of commercial contracts.
• Coordination between the back and front offices and the logistic provider of the correct administrative processing.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Self initiative and independent person to manage the related activities, capable to work under pressure.
• Min 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Computer skills (Office, Internet) mandatory.
• Experience of SAP is a strong advantage.
• Communication and negotiation skills
