The Sourcing Functional Development Manager shall generates value for Ericsson by driving business, operational, organizational, technology and competence subject matters. The Sourcing Functional Development Manager proactively recognizes emerging trends, problems and business needs. Provides innovative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing, developing and securing deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools, securing performance, ensuring consistency and globalization whilst providing expert advice within own Functional Area.

 

What you will do:

 

The Sourcing Functional Development Manager is accountable for Supplier Lifecycle services delivered globally within Ericsson from the Sourcing Shared Services orgniztions (3 sites as of July 2021). Example of process areas managed are supplier on-boarding, active suppliers evaluations, contract administration, data quality across various systems as well as developing & improving our main Sourcing tools.

 

All responsibilities should be carried out in accordance with approved Ericsson processes and guidelines.

 

  • Executes tasks and projects related to Supplier Lifecycle team and adjacent areas in the Sourcing Shared Services organization (such as process enhancements, systems updates/implementation/decomissioning etc.)

  • Secure Functional Area (Supplier Lifecycle) compliance and efficiency

  • Plan & develop solutions concerning tools and processes used within their Functional Area

  • Contributes to building and ensuring expertise in the Functional Area via organiziang trainings, awarenesss sessions and knwoledge sharing programs inside the Functional Area

  • Controls the performance and activity of the Functional Area and supports Coordinators, SMEs and Head of Unit in modeling performnce indicators and improving on exisiting ones.

  • Ensure adherence of their Functional Area to global and local processes, methods & tools

 

You will bring:

 

  • Min years of working experience: 7 years.

  • Have a thorough business understanding of Sourcing Process overall.

  • Have the ability to build and develop strong teamship and stakeholder relations.

  • Project management knwoledge and proved track record of managing multiple priorities at the same time.

  • Awareness of Supplier Lifecycle principles and WoW.

  • Have change & improvement Management Skills

  • Ability to convert high-level processes into effective ways of working aiming at an efficient organization.
