Orion & GDS Electric

Update: October 2025

Company Orion & GDS Electric has filed a lawsuit against the Undelucram.ro platform, requesting the court to:

- remove the reviews published on January 17, 2025, and January 27, 2025;
- remove any future reviews similar in content to the above;
- award €50,000 in damages for an alleged harm caused to the company.

In the same case, company Orion & GDS Electric has also filed a claim against two current or former employees, whom it considers to be the authors of the mentioned reviews, seeking €20,000 from each for the alleged prejudice caused.

Undelucram.ro has submitted its defense, arguing that the claims are unfounded.

The case 1543/100/2025 is currently pending before the Maramures Tribunal.
