Internship Programmes: Building Confidence and Capability

Our internship programmes offer university students the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a global IT environment. Interns are guided by dedicated mentors, working alongside our teams on international projects. They develop not only technical skills but also gain exposure to agile methodologies, collaborative problem-solving, and the dynamics of a delivery-focused environment.

We’ve hosted 30+ internship waves globally, with more than 1,450 participants and 800+ hires. In Romania alone, over 500 young professionals have already started their journey with us through internship and mentorship initiatives.

Graduate Programmes: A Head Start in Tech

For recent graduates, we run structured development programmes to support the transition into full-time roles. These journeys focus on learning by doing, guided coaching, and feedback that builds confidence and sharpens both technical and soft skills. Graduates take ownership of real projects, build solutions that matter, and grow in purpose-led teams.

Globally, we’ve launched 7 graduate programmes, welcoming over 250 participants, with 230+ moving into full-time roles within Endava.

Collaborations with Universities: Creating Impact Together

We work closely with leading Romanian universities to design content, host joint initiatives, and mentor students. These partnerships bring learning to life - bridging classroom theory with practical innovation.

A standout example: In a two-year collaboration with Babeș-Bolyai University, more than 45 researchers and Endava engineers came together to explore how artificial intelligence can streamline and transform business processes. It’s one of many ways we co-create value and grow alongside the university community.

Dava.X: Future-Proofing Skills

Dava.X is our latest early-career initiative, created to equip young professionals with the future-ready skills they need in areas like AI, cloud, automation, and data. Participants work in integrated delivery groups on business-relevant challenges while learning how to think critically, experiment, and collaborate across disciplines.
