Your impact
As a Backend Developer in the Performance Engineering for Developers team at OpenText, you’ll help shape the tools that power some of the world’s most robust load and performance testing solutions. Your code will directly support developers in building faster, more resilient applications by delivering tools that test system performance under real-world web protocol scenarios. From crafting clean code to solving customer challenges, your contributions will help teams deliver at scale — faster and with confidence.

What you need to succeed
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field
- +1 years of backend development experience
- Strong passion for code quality, clean architecture, and reliable delivery
- Experience with .NET/C# and/or C++ and VueJS
- Interest in performance engineering, testing tools, and system optimization
