Your Impact

 

Deal Desk Manager

 

We’re looking for a Deal Desk Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can deliver smart, innovative deal solutions across our diverse product portfolio, including Cloud (SaaS), services, and on-prem offerings.

 

You Are Great At

 

  • Providing strategic guidance on pricing and deal structures that balance customer needs with revenue and profitability goals
  • Managing product, pricing, and contract lifecycles, including drafting Cloud Terms and Conditions
  • Analyzing pricing and deal trends across regions, revenue streams, and product lines, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Professional Services, Security, Product, Support, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Partnering with Sales and executives to review deals, secure approvals, and communicate recommendations clearly
  • Representing the CEO and CFO in evaluating deals to maximize business value
  • Supporting Sales with P&L preparation for Cloud deals, pricing for on-premise deals, contract renewals, and issuing approved pricing
  • Leading or supporting commercial negotiations, coordinating technical, financial, and legal elements to align company and customer objectives
  • Continuously improving processes to streamline the sales cycle and enhance operational efficiency

 

What You Need to Succeed

 

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to review contracts and draft commercial language
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional influencing skills
  • Fluency in English; German or French is a plus
  • Experience working with global teams and cloud services
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of US GAAP revenue recognition is a plus
