The OpenText Functional Testing Family provides functional testing solutions enabling customers to test earlier and faster by delivering AI-driven test automation across an unparalleled range of technologies—on the most popular browsers, mobile devices, operating systems, and form-factors; from the cloud or on-premises; to deliver the speed and resiliency required to achieve automation at scale that is tightly integrated with an organization’s current DevOps toolchain.
Core Software Delivery Platform Functional Test, our new cloud solution for functional testing, we’re transforming how our customers work by leveraging the cloud, AI, LLM and extensive experience to deliver the best tools with the best user experience.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on front-end/UI development to join our innovative team. You will be part of a global, agile team working on a cutting-edge cloud-based solution utilizing AI in the field of Functional Testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and Node.js.
- Collaborate with UX designers and Functional Architects to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong emphasis on quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with global team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
- Ensure high test coverage and participate in automated testing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Angular and Node.js development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Cypress).
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated, self-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Java and/or Python.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud based deployment (e.g., AWS).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
