Your Impact
Reporting into the Renewals function, you will perform essential back-office tasks that support the effective execution of the end-to-end renewal sales cycle. In this non-customer-facing role, your impact is felt through the accurate capture, entry, and organization of customer information, the timely updating of renewal opportunity and quote data, and the maintenance of records and documentation.
You will play a key role in researching information and coordinating work through pre-defined processes, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity. By interfacing with internal stakeholders, partners, and end customers, you’ll help communicate status updates and resolve complex issues that arise during or after the renewal cycle.
Your expertise will contribute to the broader operations community by optimizing, simplifying, and standardizing the use of customer and renewal data—empowering better decision-making across the organization.
What the Role Offers
- A dynamic role where you’ll manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), contributing to smooth product returns and customer satisfaction.
- The chance to create Zero Value Opportunities and Quotes, supporting accurate and efficient sales operations.
- A problem-solving environment where you’ll investigate and resolve Premium Support issues, ensuring high service standards.
- Opportunities to identify automation potential and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Exposure to complex IT scenarios through SMAX ticketing, enhancing your technical troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on involvement in testing support for IT releases, helping ensure system stability and performance.
- Responsibility for maintaining accurate, timely, and accessible data to support operational, delivery, and audit functions.
- A focus on data security and compliance, ensuring customer information and transactions meet internal and legal standards.
- The opportunity to support renewal processes by assisting with quote generation and collaborating with Renewal Account Representatives when challenges arise.
What You Need to Succeed
Education and Experience:
- University degree, preferably with a focus in business or finance, or 2+ years of relevant business experience.
- Typically, 2+ years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation; mastery in English and local language, with additional languages as required.
- Solid working knowledge of internal processes and policies.
- Developed understanding of local legal compliance requirements.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
