Your Impact
As a Renewals Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving maintenance renewal sales across a designated territory. Your impact will be realized through proactive engagement with existing customers to ensure continuity of support for their installed base licenses, while minimizing reductions or cancellations of maintenance contracts.
You will be the face of the company to the customer—building and nurturing relationships with IT and business stakeholders, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with Sales colleagues to pass leads for new business. Your strategic account planning, pipeline management, and customer-centric approach will directly contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
What the Role Offers
- A dynamic sales environment where you’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers and ensure timely renewals of maintenance contracts.
- The opportunity to identify and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives, including multi-year renewals and premium support offerings.
- A hybrid work model combining remote selling via phone/email with occasional travel for in-person customer meetings.
- Strategic involvement in account planning, aligning solutions with customer needs and business goals.
- Ownership of the end-to-end renewal cycle, including opportunity creation, progression, and closure.
- A chance to collaborate with internal teams and leverage customer insights to maximize sales opportunities.
- Exposure to a wide range of industries and customer segments, enhancing your market intelligence and competitive positioning.
- The ability to influence customer satisfaction through regular touchpoints, timely support, and effective relationship management.
