Your Impact

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Romania’s Centre of Excellence (COE), you will lead a dedicated team responsible for hiring top talent into one of OpenText’s most strategically important hubs. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, speed, and effectiveness of hiring across a wide range of functions that support global operations. By aligning closely with COE leadership and HR partners, you’ll ensure we build high-performing teams that drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable growth from Romania.

 

What the Role Offers

This role offers the opportunity to lead talent acquisition for a dynamic and fast-growing COE, with visibility across global business units and functions.

You’ll manage a team of skilled recruiters, shape regional hiring strategies, and contribute to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives. With access to global tools, data insights, and a collaborative culture, you’ll be empowered to elevate hiring outcomes, enhance candidate experience, and build a sustainable talent pipeline that supports OpenText’s long-term success.

 

What You Need to Succeed

To succeed in this role, you bring strong experience leading recruitment teams in a multinational environment, ideally with exposure to shared services, technology, or enterprise operations.

You’re a strategic thinker and people leader who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed settings.

Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and deliver results through your team is key.

Experience hiring in Romania, combined with a passion for building inclusive, high-impact teams, will set you apart.

You will be degree educated and fluent in both Romanian and English. Other European languages are a real plus.

Location wise you will be commutable to our Cluj office.
