Compare On 19 March, we hosted a meetup focused on a topic that matters across our engineering community: turning soft skills into true power skills.
Alin Padinchi (IT area lead at ING Hubs Romania), Silvana Roberta Helal (digital transformation leader at Human Leap) and Răzvan Caciulă (VP of engineering at Showpad) shared different perspectives and practical tips, and they concluded: tech us built by people, for people. And people thrive where communication, trust, and emotional intelligence, core power skills, are present.
They imagined a world where professionals focus with laser-sharp precision on spending less energy chasing external validation and where communication becomes clear, direct, and effective. And concluded that learning about soft skills isn’t enough. They must be practiced. Tested. Failed at. Repeated.
The interactive workshop was led by Anne Dumitrache, organisational psychologist, trainer and coach.
