Dana joined NAPA in the middle of the pandemic. The office was quiet, but the welcome she received was warm, and she knew support was always available when needed. For Dana, every day brings a new challenge. “I solve unpredictable problems every day and there’s never a dull moment.” Her mornings start with emails, followed by a standup meeting, then it’s coding mode on. The tools she builds help teams across NAPA work more efficiently and effectively. What keeps her going? It’s the people, the culture and the trust. Even while working remotely, Dana feels connected through real-time feedback and a strong sense of team spirit. If she had a superpower, she’d heal all wounds. For now, she heals code.
