OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES Campus2Work : The Festival of Futures

SECTION 1. The Organizer

1.1. The raffle “Campus2Work – The Festival of Futures” (the “Raffle” / the “Campaign”) is organized by UNDELUCRAM S.R.L. (the “Organizer”), a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Regele Ferdinand no. 22-26, Centrul Comercial Central, 3rd floor, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J12/2388/2019, tax identification number 37266398.

1.2. The Raffle takes place within the Campus2Work event and is part of the event’s gamification mechanics.

1.3. The Raffle is conducted in compliance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the marketing of products and services and with applicable legislation.

SECTION 2. Duration and place of the Raffle

2.1. Registration period (obtaining raffle tickets): from 31.07.2026, 18:00, until 22.10.2026, 17:30.

2.2. The prize draw takes place on October 22, 2026, between 17:30 and 18:00, during the Campus2Work event, at the headquarters of the Romanian-American University in Bucharest.

IMPORTANT: The Raffle is conducted in physical/in-person format. In order to receive any prize won, the participant’s personal presence at the event is mandatory at the time of the draw / announcement of winners (see Section 8).

SECTION 3. Official Rules

3.1. The Official Rules are available free of charge to any participant on the event’s webpage Campus2Work 2026 is the Festival of Futures for Students and/or may be requested at [email protected].

3.2. By participating in the Raffle, participants confirm that they have read the provisions of these Rules and accept them in full.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules; any amendment will be brought to the public’s attention on the event’s webpage before it takes effect.

SECTION 4. Right to participate

4.1. Any natural person who is at least 18 years of age on the date of registration, who registers for the Campus2Work event, and who accepts these Rules may participate in the Raffle.

4.2. Employees of the Organizer and of the partner companies involved in organizing the Raffle, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives, may not participate.

4.3. Participation requires checking, at registration, the consent box “I am entering the raffle and I accept the Raffle Rules.” This consent is distinct from the consent regarding the sharing of data with partner companies (see Section 9).

SECTION 5. Participation mechanism and obtaining tickets

5.1. Each participant accumulates raffle tickets based on the actions carried out within the event’s mechanics, as follows:

5.2. The total number of tickets accumulated (maximum 25 tickets per participant, cumulative from the actions set out in Section 5.1) determines the participant’s number of chances in the prize draw. In order to ensure fair winning chances for as many participants as possible, each participant may win at most one prize, regardless of the number of tickets accumulated.

5.3. Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable.

SECTION 6. Prizes

6.1. The following prizes are awarded within the Raffle:

6.2. The total estimated value of the prizes is RON 8,500.

6.3. Prizes may not be exchanged for their cash value and may not be transferred to another person. The Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with one of at least equal value in the event of unavailability.

SECTION 7. Prize draw and designation of winners

7.1. Winners are designated by electronic drawing on random.org during the event, on October 22, 2026, in the presence of a committee appointed by the Organizer.

7.2. For each prize, one winner and 3 alternates are drawn; the alternates may be validated in order, in case the winner does not meet the validation conditions.

7.3. Each participant’s chances are proportional to the number of tickets accumulated.

SECTION 8. Validation of winners and handover of prizes

8.1. In order to receive the prize, the winner must be physically present at the event at the time of the announcement and must present a valid identity document, by which identity and the minimum age of 18 are verified.

8.2. If the drawn winner is not present or cannot be validated, the prize is awarded to the first valid alternate. If there is no valid alternate, the Organizer may repeat the draw for that prize.

8.3. The prize is handed over on the basis of a handover-acceptance report signed by the winner.

SECTION 9. Taxes and duties

9.1. Prizes with a value of up to and including RON 600, for each prize, are not taxable, pursuant to Art. 110 para. (4) of the Fiscal Code.

9.2. For prizes with a value exceeding RON 600, the Organizer, as income payer, calculates, withholds, and pays to the state budget the income tax on winnings, at a rate of 16% applied to the net income (the prize value reduced by the non-taxable amount of RON 600), pursuant to Art. 108–110 of the Fiscal Code.

9.3. Any other tax-related obligations connected with the prize shall be borne, where applicable, by the winner.

SECTION 10. Processing of personal data

10.1. The Organizer processes participants’ data (first name, last name, contact details and, for winners, the data required for identification and for fulfilling tax obligations) exclusively for the purpose of organizing the Raffle, designating and validating winners, and complying with legal obligations.

10.2. The legal grounds for processing are performance of the Rules (the relationship with the participant) and compliance with legal obligations (tax, archiving).

10.3. The processing of data for the purpose of the Raffle is distinct from the sharing of data with the event’s partner companies, which takes place separately, on the basis of explicit consent, in accordance with:

• the specific Campus2Work Agreement, and

• the Personal Data Processing Policy.

10.4. Winners’ data may be retained for the periods required by tax and accounting legislation. Participants may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to [[email protected]], and may also address the ANSPDCP (the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing).

10.5. Publication of the winners’ first and last names (and, where applicable, their image) is made only with their consent, obtained at the time of validation.

SECTION 11. Interruption of the Raffle. Force majeure

11.1. The Organizer may interrupt or amend the Raffle in the event of force majeure or for reasons beyond its control, with prior notice to participants on the event’s webpage.

11.2. Force majeure is the unforeseeable and insurmountable event, occurring after these Rules take effect, which prevents the Raffle from being carried out.

SECTION 12. Disputes and complaints

12.1. Any complaints may be submitted to [email protected] within 7 business days of the date of the draw. The Organizer will respond within 7 business days.

12.2. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and, failing that, by the competent courts at the Organizer’s registered office.

SECTION 13. Final provisions

13.1. By participating in the Raffle, participants fully accept these Rules.
