IRIS Romania

IRIS Romania was established in 2023 as part of IRIS’s strategic operating model, through the creation of a “Centre of Excellence”.

The Romanian centre focuses on:

Leveraging the local market potential, IRIS Romania will expand its scope to include:

Finance operations
Payroll activities
Customer support
Credit control
Payroll consultancy

The team currently consists of 80 employees and is continuously growing. Most roles are in the Product & Engineering department, where employees contribute directly to the development and innovation of IRIS products on a global scale.

At IRIS Romania, our Software Engineers, QAs and Architects thrive in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment, working with modern technologies such as C#/.NET, Node.js, Angular and React, as well as cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Using cutting-edge tools for DevOps, monitoring and code quality — including Docker, Git, CloudWatch, Datadog, SonarQube and Snyk — our teams build scalable, high-impact solutions that support millions of users globally.
