Arval Romania

Starting in April 2025, Arval, through its legal representatives at DLA Piper Dinu SCA, submitted three requests demanding the removal of exclusively negative reviews (1–2 stars) from the platform. The justification provided was that the authors of these reviews were allegedly not current or former employees but competitors, and that the content was defamatory and false.

The Undelucram.ro team engaged directly with the users who posted these reviews and concluded that the request lacked both legal and factual grounds. Consequently, Arval’s request was rejected.
