Job description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Restaurant Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining smooth daily operations in a hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, supervising staff, and handling organizational tasks to guarantee an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting guests – welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive first impression through attentive and friendly service.
  • Maintaining a comfortable atmosphere in the restaurant hall – overseeing the dining area to guarantee cleanliness, order, and a pleasant environment for guests.
  • Monitoring staff – supervising team performance, delegating tasks, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
  • Paperwork – handling daily administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and internal records.
  • Report writing – preparing operational and performance reports to support management decision-making.
  • Crisis management – resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and responding quickly to unexpected situations while maintaining service quality.

Salary:

From €2500 to €3500 - per month, accommodation, three meals per day, airline tickets from Milan or Rome and back – at the employer's expense.

Requirements:

  • complete secondary or higher education;
  • basic English language knowledge;
  • experience in the service sector;
  • politeness, decency, no bad habits.
