Future WorkForce

On July 9, 2025, FUTURE WORK FORCE S.R.L., represented by the law firm Horațiu Crișan, sent a notification to the platform Undelucram.ro, requesting:

- the removal of the company profile and associated reviews
- the display of a message on the homepage specifying that the moderation team does not verify the authenticity of the existence or non-existence of an employment or collaboration relationship between the reviewers and the evaluated companies

On July 16, 2025, the same company sent a follow-up notification requesting the explicit mention on the homepage that the platform does not assume responsibility for the existence or non-existence of an employment/collaboration relationship between users and the reviewed companies.

Undelucram.ro responded to both notifications, considering the requests unfounded.

Also, on July 16, 2025, FUTURE WORK FORCE S.R.L. submitted a third notification, requesting the urgent suspension of seven reviews (six one-star reviews and one two-star review), which it considers potentially defamatory. This request has been assessed, and we find it to be unfounded.
