Top Employers Undelucram.ro 2025. The most loved companies to apply to in 2026

- 1 IT company is among the top 10 ranked;

- The retail industry dominates the top 10;

- 7 new industries enter the general ranking: energy and extractive industries, entertainment, pharmaceutical retail, medical services, courier services and financial services;

- For the first time, the SMEs ranking includes 2 industries: IT and insurance.
 

Booking Holdings Romania, Servier Pharma, JYSK Romania, Schneider Electric and Deichmann are the most appreciated companies by their own employees, according to Top Employers Undelucram.ro 2025, a ranking made by Undelucram.ro, the largest online community of employees in Romania and one of the most important in Central and Eastern Europe.

The ranking was made based on the feedback offered anonymously by employees between October 16, 2024 - October 15, 2025. The Undelucram.ro ranking is the only top in Romania based exclusively on employees’ opinions, and not on public perception or companies’ image campaigns.

The position of each company in the ranking was established based on the general score (70%) and on the evaluations for five additional criteria (each with a weight of 6%), considered essential by employees: career advancement opportunities, salary package, work–life balance, management, procedures and organizational values.

For this year’s edition, the IT industry enjoys an extended ranking, bringing together 50 companies and confirming the sector’s influence and diversity. Retail remains the most dynamic field, dominating the top 10, while, for the first time, seven new industries from energy and entertainment to medical and financial services enter the general ranking.

Seven new industries enter the Undelucram.ro ranking

In addition to the general ranking of employers intended for large companies, Undelucram.ro also compiles rankings by industry. This year, seven new industries entered the top: energy & extractive industries, entertainment, pharmaceutical retail, medical services, courier services, financial services.

“The new industries in the ranking show that the concern for the employee experience is no longer specific only to traditionally dynamic sectors such as IT or retail. We see how areas such as energy, medical or financial services are becoming increasingly attentive to the voice of the people inside. It is a clear sign of the maturing of the labor market, in which more and more organizations understand that employee engagement and loyalty are built through transparency, balance and authentic values,” added Costin Tudor.

The SMEs ranking includes two industries

The 2025 edition also marks a premiere in the SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) category: for the first time, the ranking includes industry-based tops IT&C and Insurance, once again demonstrating the involvement and continuous efforts of employers to create the best possible working environments for their employees and their needs, regardless of company size.

The complete general ranking, as well as the rankings by industry, will be available in the Top 100 Best Employers to Work For in 2026 Catalog, published by Undelucram.ro in February 2026. Also in February, the most important labor market trends will be discussed at the Undelucram.ro Top Employers Conference.
